Salary

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing relationships with existing clients, and driving sales revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting Burly Botanicals' products to dispensaries and other key stakeholders.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and client communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Google apps, time and attendance platforms, and CRM systems.
