Culinary Specialist - Position Overview
Prepare and present menu items during service in the cafeteria, adhering to Quest standards. Follow preparation lists for items needed for menu execution and assist in daily kitchen operations. Duties may include bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a consistent, professional line presence. Assist in cold prep, salad, and grab & go production with recipes. Serve food on the hot line and follow recipes to produce all hot food in the kitchen. Adhere to HACCP and food safety guidelines. Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries. Ability to work in at least three concept stations.
