Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at the Center For Interventional Pain & Spine. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians in exam rooms, escort patients to exam rooms, and document patient information in the electronic record.
  • Patient Care: Measure vital statistics, give instructions to patients, and access reports and labs as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Keep exam rooms stocked with medical supplies, take phone messages, and provide feedback to patients and physicians.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our medical team to ensure timely patient flow and maintain effective and organized systems.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; certified Medical Assistant or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service, critical thinking, and ability to multitask; computer literacy and physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform other tasks as needed.
