As a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) in our National Branch Network, you'll play a critical role in leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports. Your primary responsibility will be to create a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include coaching, developing, and building a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business. You'll also resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives.

Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience. You'll lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.

Mentorship and talent development of direct reports will be a key aspect of this role, as you'll assist in hiring talent and empower them to achieve business objectives. This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment, and you'll be expected to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays, with occasional travel up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months, depending on location.

Key requirements for this role include 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. You'll also need 2+ years of leadership experience, with a strong ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.

Other key qualifications include the ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives. You'll also need to demonstrate independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.
