Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at Northside Imports. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes, including calculating payable hours, commissions, tax withholdings, and deductions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including preparing and issuing earnings statements and paychecks
  • Oversee employee onboarding process, including processing new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment
  • Manage electronic timekeeping systems, including tracking employee hours and leave requests
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and benefits communication
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • 2+ years of experience working in a payroll and human resources department
  • Proficiency in payroll software, preferably ADP payroll platform
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
