Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at TOP SHELF TACOS LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing tacos and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests with a friendly attitude.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant, kitchen, and workstations are clean and sanitized.
  • Supply Management: Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to food safety guidelines and health regulations, especially during peak hours.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team setting and assist others as needed.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and company policies.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time, and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds.
  • Certifications: ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification.
