The Pallet Repair Specialist will be responsible for inspecting and repairing pallets to ensure they meet the company's quality standards. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough inspections of pallets to determine the level of repair needed.
  • Repair pallets using the appropriate tools and materials, ensuring that all repairs meet the company's quality standards.
  • Sort and categorize pallets based on their quality and grade.
  • Meet or exceed production and quality expectations.
  • Perform sanitation and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with pallet repair tools, such as nail guns, hammers, and pry bars.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Working Conditions:**

The Pallet Repair Specialist will work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production and quality expectations is essential for this role.
