  • Provide prompt and attentive service to all members and guests upon their arrival.
  • Engage with patrons by answering inquiries and making thoughtful recommendations on food and beverage selections.
  • Accurately take orders from members and guests.
  • Perform bartending duties and deliver bar service as required.
  • Communicate special cooking instructions to kitchen staff and place orders efficiently.
  • Serve meals and present dishes in an appealing manner.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and refill beverages as needed.
  • Clear tables and assist with dishwashing duties when necessary.
  • Present dessert options and serve coffee and after-dinner drinks.
  • Process bills and charge them to members' accounts.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and bus stations.
  • Report any guest complaints to the supervisor promptly.
  • Complete assigned cleaning and opening/closing tasks as directed by management.
  • Express gratitude to members and guests, encouraging their return visits.
  • Perform additional related duties as required to support the club's operations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant functions, including food and beverage offerings, service techniques, and guest relations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
