Job Summary

Thompson Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of our branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales and operations management experience
  • Profit and Loss responsibility
  • Working knowledge of DOT and fleet compliance
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • High School diploma or GED required; degree preferred
