Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the repair process.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient and effective vehicle repairs, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting additional services and products to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and technical skills to provide expert advice to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in automotive repair software.
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to achieve targeted goals, with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
