The Role
  • Direct and manage on-site construction activities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Develop and implement robust safety protocols.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled construction professionals and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation.
  • Proactively address and resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Sustain a safe and organized work environment.
Salary and Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $115,000 - $135,000.
