Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Planning and Zoning Department in the development and implementation of comprehensive plans and policies that promote sustainable growth and development in Luzerne County.
  • Oversee the administration of zoning ordinances and land use regulations, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Supervise a team of professional planners and zoning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects and initiatives.
