We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive medical and counseling services to patients, including diagnostic testing, individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and behavior modification programs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient medical history, mental health history, and current presentation to understand patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient need and evidence-based interventions
- Refer patients to other services to improve well-being, including community services, treatment programs, support groups, and psychiatrists
- Properly document patient information and work with the multi-disciplinary team to develop discharge plans
- Provide psychological testing as indicated by patient condition
- Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D) in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current Utah license as a psychologist
- Adherence to American Psychological Association, State Licensing Board, and Intermountain Healthcare standards
- Experience in a behavioral health outpatient setting
