We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Design Expert to join our team at Blackdog Builders, Inc. As a key member of our design and sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us meet our growth goals while ensuring the company continues to live by its unique and meaningful Mission and Vision Statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and sell residential remodeling projects, including kitchens and baths, to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and provide expert guidance on design and construction options.
  • Collaborate with our team of designers, drafters, and carpenters to bring projects to fruition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential design and sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with design and sales software.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
