Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding the cleanliness standards of a VDA 19 Compliant Manufacturing Facility following established cleaning schedules.
  • Conducting thorough cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, and windows.
  • Hand-wiping frequently-touched surfaces, equipment, and tools used in production.
  • Completing cleaning logs to document the completion of tasks.
  • Monitoring and restocking consumable supplies as needed.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 55 pounds while adhering to safe lifting techniques. Candidates should be prepared to stand for extended periods and walk long distances within the facility.

Work Schedule:

Flexibility in working hours, including potential overtime, is essential.

Compliance:

Adherence to company attendance policies is required.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • Prior custodial experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Experience operating automated floor cleaning machines is advantageous.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in clean room environments and custodial roles in industrial or commercial settings is highly preferred.
