We are a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children and families across Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide trauma-focused diagnostic assessments and evidence-based services for children, youth, and their caregivers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required.
  • Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor.
  • Experience working with children exposed to trauma preferred.
  • Skilled in operating various medical record software, word-processing, and database software programs.
  • Spanish-speaking preferred and compensated.
  • Flexible schedule with some evenings.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, registration, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Travel to and from clients' residences, community locations, and office sites, which may include using walkways, stairs, and/or elevators.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.

Estimated Salary:$75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
