Job Title:
Process Improvement Lead

Salary Range:
$78,780 - $105,000

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the integration of process enhancements with capital projects, reliability initiatives, and ongoing improvement activities.
  • Lead and coordinate planning sessions for the execution of large-scale projects within the Cloquet facility.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment with plant objectives.
  • Conduct continuous improvement events and establish triggers to mitigate unforeseen challenges and costs in process upgrades and enhancements.
  • Identify potential improvement opportunities and leverage established leadership skills to build, develop, and guide teams in executing continuous improvement initiatives to discover solutions.
  • Utilize standardized Continuous Improvement methodologies to streamline transitions among internal process stakeholders.
  • Ensure collaboration to keep plant leadership informed of program progress.
  • Guarantee that projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement initiatives, and overall business strategy.
  • Document lessons learned from previous projects for replication in future endeavors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, particularly in change management and team development.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial, mathematical, and statistical analysis capabilities.
  • Proven organizational and project management proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
