About the Role

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Intelligence Community agencies. You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale cloud computing solutions for Intelligence Community agencies
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in design/implementation/consulting with distributed applications or equivalent education experience
  • 1+ years of experience with software development tools and methodologies
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
  • Experience in technology/software sales consulting or equivalent skills
  • Professional experience architecting/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
