Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and participating in marketing efforts to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting the store, including greeting, answering questions, and assessing their needs in a positive manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand and drive sales.
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store, including cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure a clean and well-stocked store environment for customers.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage.
  • Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure maintenance of store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area.
  • Build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.
  • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
  • Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor.

Requirements:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail environments and customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
