About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. As a PRN Therapist, you will work with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to older adults in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care: Collaborate with our team to provide therapeutic services, including group, individual, and family therapy sessions, to promote the well-being and quality of life for our patients.
  • Community: Participate in community education initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of behavioral health for older adults.
  • Compliance: Work with our program team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Additional Responsibilities: As assigned by the Program Director, you will contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, facilitate treatment team meetings, and engage in peer-to-peer training and support.
Requirements
  • Licensure: A license in Social Work or Counseling, as recognized by the state, is required (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
  • Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
