We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Little Miracles Inc. in Grand Forks, ND.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate therapist to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including employer subsidized health insurance, access to dental and vision insurance, employer matched 401K, paid time off, 9 paid holidays, 20% childcare discount, annual continuing education stipend, paid CPR, AED and First Aid training, and lucrative efficiency bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, effective interventions for a diverse range of pediatric diagnoses.
  • Evaluations, progress summaries, and discharge summaries will be documented in the Electronic Health Record.
  • Completion of state required licensure and continuing education annually, alongside understanding of and adherence to state licensure regulations.
  • Communicating directly with parents and other professionals about treatment goals, strategies, or collaborations that affect the client.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to pass an advanced FBI background check through the State of North Dakota.
  • Understanding and acceptance of the unique needs of children within your care who have medical or developmental challenges.
