Job Title: Senior Structural Project Manager

DPR Construction is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects with a primary focus on structural elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, collaborate with architects and engineers to assess structural requirements, and estimate necessary resources.
  • Formulate strategic approaches to optimize project execution, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and foster effective collaboration and communication within the team.
  • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure adherence to specified standards and specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in structural engineering.
  • Years of structural engineering design experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop robust strategies to mitigate them.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software, structural analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
