Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage financial models and reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Utilize SQL and ETL techniques to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex financial information clearly.
- Perform thorough financial analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data.
- Present financial insights to senior leadership, offering recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis processes.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing insightful data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity, ideally within the Engineering sector.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with ETL processes.
- Strong background in data visualization and dashboard creation, particularly with Tableau and Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting intricate financial data and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities, with the skill to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and project management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A solid grasp of financial principles, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
