Job Summary

Cortica is seeking an experienced ABA Site Manager to lead its growing ABA program. As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services to children and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA operations, management experience, and a passion for leading teams. You will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, managing program growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ABA staff, including Associate Site Managers, Supervisors, and Behavior Interventionists.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive program growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including QBS and Safety Care certifications.
  • Collaborate with the clinical operations team to support program launches and ongoing success.
  • Manage patient concerns and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate time-off requests and optimize authorized hours and BI schedules.

Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • 5+ years of management experience leading teams in a clinical setting.
  • Strong acumen for ABA operations and overall ABA program management.
  • Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Certified.
  • Safety Care Certification (sections 1-5 and sections 6-7 as needed per payer requirements).

The base pay range for this opening is $95,000 to $115,000, with compensation adjusted based on skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.
