We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Associate to join our team at Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking customers, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate with members of the team, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Be an Owner: Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies and procedures, and ensure quality and date control standards for meat products.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
The estimated salary range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
