Team Leadership:

Support the Store Manager in achieving financial objectives by enhancing measurable outcomes that positively influence store performance. Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence and lead by example in achieving personal sales targets.

Brand Representation:

Communicate the brand's aesthetic and philosophy effectively to both the sales team and customers, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage payroll budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies focused on loss prevention.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven sales development skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales reports and respond to business needs swiftly.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications.

Experience:

A minimum of three years in a management role within a retail environment is preferred, along with a background in luxury goods.

Physical Requirements:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
