About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse/Sonographer to provide excellent medical services while maintaining professional standards of care. This role can be filled by either an RN or a RDMS, and we will train the right individual for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Perform limited ultrasounds while gathering and analyzing clinical data.
  • Maintain a warm and caring atmosphere for patients while focusing on the goal of impacting decisions for life.
  • Keep accurate records on file and perform client follow-up care plan.
  • Provide education for clients to develop an understanding of their health condition and pregnancy options.
  • Aid consultants as they engage in significant conversations with clients.
  • Assist with staff development, including oversight of medical team, recruiting and training, and communication of procedural updates.
Requirements
  • A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
  • Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion.
  • Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network's Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values.
  • Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network.
  • Adheres to clinic policies and procedures.
  • Participate in prayer as appropriate.
  • Ability to share the Gospel, the good news of salvation.
  • Holds current active credential as an RN or RDMS with good standing with the ARDMS or a licensed Registered Nurse by the state board of professional registration.
  • Dependable, organized, flexible, teachable, team-oriented, self-starter, administrative ability, responsive, and able to work well with other team members.
  • Respects confidentiality, maintaining HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong computer skills and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Exhibits consistent timeliness.
  • Must be compassionate, loving, full of respect for others, and able to leave judgment in the hands of God.
