Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead a team of professionals to manage and grow the Cardiovascular Services department

  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth

Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving patient outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
