Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation, customer service, and team management.
  • Work closely with the District Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy facility environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
