Job Title: Monitor Technician - Local Contracts

This role provides direct clinical patient care with Tenet's in-house contingent pool, Trusted Resource Associates. As a Monitor Technician, you will work directly with Tenet on a Travel Contract or Local Contract.

You will be part of the contingent workforce pool, yet, a W-2 Tenet employee and wear a Tenet employee badge, blending in as staff and not outstanding as a Contractor.

You will have direct access to Tenet's hiring managers and, if you ever turn permanent at a Tenet hospital, you will have built up tenure.

  • Initiating tracing if change occurs in patient rhythm and immediately alerts nursing personnel.
  • Maintains and monitors rate limits and recognizes whether irregularity is due to change in patient rhythm or machine malfunction.
  • Operates on-line computer terminal.
Requirements:
  • AHA BLS
  • Minimum of 1 year previous hospital experience
