Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team at Primetals Technologies. As a CNC Machinist/Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines, as well as performing manual machine operations such as lathes, mills, and profile machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Program and make adjustments to CNC machines to adhere to established specifications
  • Monitor work to ensure that machines are operating properly
  • Work from drawings, blueprints, and written instructions to make complex repairs, create replacement parts, and create experimental or prototype equipment
  • Perform daily maintenance checks of machines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Proven ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
