This role aligns with Tire Choice Auto Service Centers' mission to be recognized as a premier destination for automotive maintenance and tire services, esteemed by customers for excellence in service and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate a team of sales and technical professionals to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience.
2. Drive sales performance by contributing to the creation and execution of strategic sales initiatives, possessing comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and the automotive sector.
3. Promote tire and service offerings to customers to enhance sales, satisfaction, and loyalty.
4. Assist team members in fostering a productive sales atmosphere by training and mentoring on all operational and customer service aspects.
5. Oversee effective staffing by managing recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and development of team members.
6. Ensure financial prudence through the management of payroll, communication expenses, store upkeep, supplies, utilities, and other controllable costs.
7. Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
This position is eligible for supplementary compensation and incentives.
Management Duties:
The Automotive Retail Operations Manager provides daily oversight to all roles within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Technical Service Manager, Service Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. This position operates under the general guidance of the District Manager.
