  • Support production goals, follow work assignments, and meet task performance expectations

Requirements:

  • 8 years' experience in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, modification, repair, and overhaul on fighter aircraft egress systems
  • 2 years' experience in F-16/ACES II seat build-up and rail build-up
  • Ability to lead a team, problem solve, and prioritize tasks
