Role Overview: The Construction Project Leader oversees the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of projects, managing relationships with both clients and subcontractors. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, alongside excellent communication and client service abilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in ensuring client satisfaction.
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering projects on schedule.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintaining or surpassing planned profit margins for projects.
  • Experience in fostering a culture of safety for a minimum of 3 years.
  • 3+ years of experience in establishing a culture of quality assurance and control.
  • 3+ years of managing subcontractor relationships effectively.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
