We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at SkyWest Airlines. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a valid FAA-issued A&P Certificate and experience working on CRJ and EMB aircraft. You will be responsible for troubleshooting all aircraft systems, making critical decisions regarding aircraft safety, and managing all documentation and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot all aircraft systems
  • Make critical decisions regarding aircraft safety
  • Manage all documentation and paperwork
  • Work on the entire aircraft, including CRJ200, CRJ700, CRJ900, and E175 aircraft
Requirements
  • Valid FAA-issued A&P Certificate
  • Experience working on CRJ and EMB aircraft
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a night/third shift position, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRJ and EMB experience
  • Familiarity with Company and Manufacturer Manuals
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to read, write, and understand the English Language
  • Be able to comfortably lift 60 lbs. routinely with or without reasonable accommodation
