Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stewards Supervisor to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the stewarding department, ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewards' team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the department.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working order, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for managing inventory, supplies, and waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a kitchen or dining services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
