About the Opportunity
Banner Health is seeking a compassionate and caring Palliative Care Physician to join our team in the Greater Phoenix Metro area. As a Per Diem employed physician, you will have the opportunity to provide primarily inpatient care and some clinic coverage, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to help patients and their families deal with serious life-threatening illness and symptom management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Fellowship training preferred, open to newly trained graduates
- Ability to work in a Per Diem employed position, providing onsite coverage
- Desire and ability to help grow Palliative Care within the community
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with colleagues, peers, and patients
