About the RoleThe Senior Operations Leader will oversee the operations teams in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington state, working closely with cross-functional areas at both the Regional and Corporate levels to achieve overall company objectives. This role requires a strong leader with extensive operations management experience, preferably in a multi-site, multi-state home health environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and excellence in the West Region.
- Oversee and manage operations teams, including process and personnel management, to achieve financial goals and ensure operational success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and achieve overall company objectives.
- Develop and manage market plans, including growth strategies, budget, and annual planning, to drive business success.
- Direct market billing and credit activities, review billing rates, and coordinate with the Business Service Center for accounts receivable activities.
- Review and analyze market conditions, competitors, and business volume to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base.
- Work closely with the Clinical team to ensure quality deliverables and patient satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with EMR and/or HIM systems.
- Outstanding leadership, managerial skills, and ability to coach/mentor team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with various stakeholders, including physicians, C-Suite executives, and medical groups.
- Good organizational and communication skills, with a high level of engagement and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, with a preference for in-person visits when possible.
CenterWell Home Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $136,200 - $187,400 per year, plus bonus incentives based on company and individual performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
