We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to achieve financial and operational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Division Pharmacy Manager to drive business growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified immunizer preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
