Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bethesda Health. As a CNA, you will provide vital patient care and support under the direction of a Charge Nurse. Your responsibilities will include assisting with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents while accurately documenting their vital signs and care activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care and support services, including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation
  • Document patient information accurately and promptly
  • Ensure resident safety and comfort
  • Complete rounds as assigned and throughout duty
  • Take vital signs and weights accurately and report to Charge Nurse

Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
  • CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule
  • Physical stamina to perform necessary duties

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Based on location and industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per year. This figure may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
