We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bethesda Health. As a CNA, you will provide vital patient care and support under the direction of a Charge Nurse. Your responsibilities will include assisting with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents while accurately documenting their vital signs and care activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care and support services, including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation
- Document patient information accurately and promptly
- Ensure resident safety and comfort
- Complete rounds as assigned and throughout duty
- Take vital signs and weights accurately and report to Charge Nurse
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
- CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule
- Physical stamina to perform necessary duties
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Based on location and industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per year. This figure may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
