This role will play a vital part in providing professional music therapy services, grounded in company protocols and best practices. You will work closely with our field staff and leaders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality music therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and facility partners about the benefits and applications of music therapy.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to establish therapy objectives and goals.
  • Analyze session outcomes to inform future treatment plans.

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor of Music Therapy degree and current Board certification (MT-BC). A minimum of six months' experience working with geriatric healthcare and end-of-life/terminal illness care is required. Your passion for music therapy and dedication to enhancing patient care will make you an excellent fit for this role.
