We are seeking a highly skilled Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team in a Per Diem IVF IVF experience role. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients undergoing IVF treatment.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing IVF treatment, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and collecting patient health history.
- Collaborate with licensed providers to develop patient-centered plans of care that prescribe interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Participate in site and organizational quality and performance improvement activities, collect patient healthcare data systematically using appropriate assessment techniques and instruments.
- Support the coordination, integration, communication, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practice and clinical policies and procedures.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is highly preferred; a Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing requires a minimum of one year experience in conjunction with plans to earn a baccalaureate degree required.
- Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York, Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association, Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Preferred qualifications include BLS and ACLS certification, membership in pertinent professional organizations, and fertility experience.
