Senior Sales Director

The Senior Sales Director will lead the sales team in generating incremental sponsorship revenue on behalf of Playfly Sports Properties. The role involves working with the General Manager, CIF State Office, and Playfly Sports Properties staff to develop and execute a dynamic sales plan that meets and exceeds individual and overall property sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of direct sales experience in the sports multi-media environment and proven success in hitting individual sales goals on a regular basis. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a dynamic sales plan to meet and exceed individual and overall property sales goals
- Identify potential sponsors for property through networking with high school stakeholders and business partners
- Assist in coaching and developing team members
- Work with the General Manager to create sales inventory, revenue projections, and sponsorship strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of direct sales experience in the sports multi-media environment
- Proven success in hitting individual sales goals on a regular basis
