Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment and their controls to ensure proper operation of machinery.
  • Communicate directly with the production department to coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting work in production areas.
  • Review production repair work orders and discuss TPM activity with production.
  • Prepare and maintain periodic preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping for preventative and reactive maintenance work orders.
  • Participate in and lead maintenance improvement activities.
  • Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance-related documents, daily reports, etc.
  • Perform other equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information, including drawings, schematics, process information, and recipes.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of a maintenance position.
  • Basic maintenance tool understanding and ability to use tools properly.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system troubleshooting and repair.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with electricity and electronics.
  • Fabrication experience.
