Job Title: Health Information Management Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for tracking and analyzing patient records, responding to requests from patients and various departments within the hospital.

Essential Functions:
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
* Process medical records accurately and efficiently, meeting a minimum of 20 records per day.
* Familiarity with The Joint Commission standards, state medical record requirements, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Nursing degree preferred.

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
