DaVita is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nephrology Care Specialist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
