Job Description

This Neurocritical Care Nurse Specialist role is a 24-bed ICU that is at the forefront of advancing neurological care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our NCCU, you will be a vital member of the team and play a pivotal role in delivering specialized care to patients undergoing a diverse range of procedures and surgeries, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, aneurysm clippings/coiling, and more.

Salary and Benefits

As a Neurocritical Care Nurse Specialist at Johns Hopkins Medicine, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also be eligible for tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, and dependent child tuition assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • An active Maryland or Compact RN license
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Acute care RN experience
