Position Summary:

The Senior Housing Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to foster an exceptional living experience for employee residents. This role is pivotal in establishing a safe, inclusive, and affordable housing environment that adheres to all regulatory standards. The individual will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, serve as a resource for residents throughout their stay, and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for employee residents.
  • Enhance the experience for residents and housing staff while promoting the seasonal Employee Value Proposition.
  • Support employee wellness initiatives within Employee Housing, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Oversee the completion of resident agreements, legal documents, and related move-in/move-out paperwork.
  • Implement standardized best practices in alignment with the enterprise-wide Housing strategy.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Act as a housing concierge for residents, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the housing team to maintain accurate and complete information within the housing management system.
  • Facilitate communication with residents, management, and external partners.
  • Promote a safe, enjoyable, and diverse housing culture that contributes to an exceptional employee experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in direct sales or rental properties.
  • Proficient in data management.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

The expected pay range for this position is competitive and reflective of industry standards. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
