Job Overview

This role involves moving raw materials throughout the facility, filling barrels with polymer products, and packaging them into specially made bags. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As an Industrial Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Filling barrels with polymer product and moving them to a shipping area of the facility.
  • Moving product throughout the plant with pallet jacks and motorized pallet jacks.
  • Packaging of polymer products.
  • Helping to maintain a clean work environment.
  • Inventory when needed.

The estimated salary for this position is $18-19 per hour.

Requirements and Skills

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 80 lbs. periodically throughout your shift.
  • Willingness to work overtime during the week (no Saturday work).
  • Must have steel toe boots or shoes.
  • A positive attitude.
  • The ability to clearly communicate.
  • A willingness to listen and take direction always.
