Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at First Solar. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR support, work closely with HR Generalists, and assist with various HR tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to facilitate basic HR functions
  • Work closely with HR Generalists on HR tasks and projects
  • Manage the termination process, including processing terminations in Oracle, scheduling exit interviews, and maintaining trackers
  • Assist with the administration of Leaves of Absence, including tracking key dates, communicating with associates, and preparing letters
  • Administer day-to-day tasks, including completing unemployment and employment verifications, and providing clerical assistance to the HR Department
  • Update assigned How To's on an ongoing quarterly basis and recommend improvements to HR processes and systems
  • Assist with policy interpretation and adherence, event planning, and implementation, including on-site health screens and open enrollment
  • Work with payroll to resolve pay issues and questions, and assist with system transactions in Oracle
  • Partner with the team to deliver orientation and complete associated tasks
  • Manage the Tuition Reimbursement program and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 1+ years of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field
  • Must be detail-oriented and consistently accurate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and proven computer skills in MS Office
